How long do I keep earning from a referral?
A full 12 months for every referral. The 12-month earning window starts when your referral upgrades to a paid licence, not when they start a free trial. You earn 35% of everything they spend across those 12 months.
How long does the referral cookie last?
Sixty days. When someone clicks your link they have up to 60 days to become a paying customer for the referral to be credited to you. Once they upgrade to a paid licence, your 12-month earning window begins.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No. There is no cap on the number of referrals or on your earnings. Every referral earns you 35% for a full 12 months, so the more clients you refer, the more you earn.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral counts when someone clicks your link and upgrades to a paid Recruit Signals plan within the 60-day cookie window. From their paid upgrade, you earn 35% of everything they spend for the next 12 months.
