Recruit Signals analyses multiple real-time data points (including funding rounds, leadership changes, headcount growth, office openings, and other hiring indicators) sourced from a combination of third-party data providers and our own proprietary data collection pipeline. Our AI cross-references these signals and assigns every company a Hiring Heat Score that indicates how likely they are to hire in the coming weeks, along with a detailed breakdown of exactly which signals are driving it. ?What is the Hiring Heat Score?
The Hiring Heat Score is our proprietary metric that indicates how likely a company is to hire in the coming weeks. Every company in the platform receives a score based on the real-time signals our AI detects, such as funding events, leadership changes, and headcount trends. You also get a detailed breakdown of exactly which signals are contributing to the score, so your team knows not just who to call, but why now is the right time.
?How does Recruit Signals identify hiring managers?
When you search job listings, our AI analyses every employee at the company (their role, seniority, and history) to predict who the most likely hiring manager is for each open position. Each recommended contact comes with a probability score and a clear explanation of why we believe they're the right person to reach out to, along with their direct contact details including email, phone, and LinkedIn profile.
?How does the credit system work?
Recruit Signals uses a single, unified credit system. Credits are used to unlock full company intelligence pages and reveal contact details for decision-makers. Heat scores and decision-maker names are always visible at no cost, so you can browse any company at any time without spending credits. Full credit pricing details are shared during your free trial onboarding.
?How quickly can I start seeing results?
Many agencies see opportunities from their very first searches, because Recruit Signals points your team directly at companies showing early hiring intent, complete with the context and contacts you need to act. The platform gives you the intelligence and the timing, but it still relies on your recruiters and business developers to run a strong sales process and close the clients. Pricing & Billing

?What does a 30-day company unlock include?
When you unlock a company, the full Company 360° page opens for a set period. Inside the unlock window you get the full signal history, heat score breakdown, strategic insight, timing advice & the decision-maker map. You can return to the page as often as you want during that period at no extra cost. After the window closes, the page locks back to the free heat score view, and you can re-open it with another unlock.
?Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 2× your monthly allowance. Top-up credits never expire and are not subject to the rollover cap. If you need more credits at any point, top-ups are available on every plan: Solo at €39 / 100, Agency at €29 / 100 and Scale at €24 / 100.
?Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and offer the best effective price. Annual plans are not refunded mid-term, but you keep full access for the remainder of your billing year.

?How does the free trial work?
Every new customer has the option of starting with a 7-day free trial of the Solo plan. No credit card required, no obligation. During the trial you get full access to the platform so you can explore signal-based company searches, view Company 360° profiles, and see how the Hiring Heat Score and contact recommendations work. If you don't convert to a paid plan after 7 days, your trial simply ends.
?What countries and markets does Recruit Signals cover?
Recruit Signals currently covers the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, with over 50 million records across companies and contacts in these markets. Additional markets are on the roadmap and will be announced as they become available.
?Do you have an affiliate or referral program?
Yes. Our Refer & Earn affiliate program lets you earn 40% uncapped commission on every referral's monthly spend. You start at Tier 1 earning 40% for 4 months per referral, and as you bring in more successful referrals, you can scale up to 6 months (Tier 2) and even 12 months (Tier 3) of commission payments per referral. There's also a 60-day cookie window. If you prefer account-related incentives instead of cash payouts, we offer a separate Referral Program accessible from within your Recruit Signals customer account.

Yes. Recruit Signals is proudly built in Europe and designed to be fully GDPR compliant. We only use publicly available or legally obtained data and protect all information with industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data privacy and security are foundational to how we operate.
?How accurate are Recruit Signals' predictions?
No predictive model can be 100% accurate, but our AI is trained on millions of historical and real-time data points from multiple third-party providers as well as our own proprietary data pipeline. The goal is not perfect certainty, but to give your recruiters a measurable, consistent edge over traditional reactive methods by surfacing higher-intent companies earlier than anyone else, and provide the insights into the company, their competitors and industry along with tailored suggested sales approaches to help you increase your sales hit rate and win more clients.
?Can't I just use ChatGPT or Claude to find companies that are hiring?
You can try, but you'll quickly hit fundamental limitations. LLMs work with static snapshots; they can't track real-time signal changes, monitor thousands of companies simultaneously, and in most cases, even remember what they found yesterday. They might help you research one company at a time, but they can't tell you that ABN AMRO's new Head of FP&A was hired 5 days ago while their IT team grew 5% last quarter. Recruit Signals continuously monitors various hiring signals across your entire market, validates contact details, and builds predictive intelligence that compounds over time. Using an LLM for prospecting is like using a calculator instead of a spreadsheet: it works for single problems but can't scale to systematic market intelligence.
